Kemp Construction Commercial Division
Kemp Construction started its commercial division in 1979, expanding its association with Pizza Hut Inc. Following PH's success and continuing to expand as they did, we added Taco Bell, KFC, Long John Silver's, and A&W, all under the YUM brand umbrella.
Since those early days, we have added national customers such as McDonald's Corp., Freddy’s Frozen Custard, Krystal’s, & Fuddruckers to our client base.
Proven Expertise Since 1979
Kemp Construction has completed over 2000 new restaurant builds and/or remodels nationwide since 1979. We have also completed a number of strip centers ranging from 6000 sq. feet to 20,000 sq. feet, including inline office build-outs. Our restaurant customers' expectations in regard to completed time frames and quality have been met or exceeded in every case.
